Dear visitor, welcome to our Iranian Citizens Residence Permit page. The sovereignty of the state within its own borders is one of the most important principles of international law, and each state regulates the rights and laws of foreigners within its borders with its national laws. In other words, each country decides who will come to their country and how long they will stay. In accordance with the visa policy followed by Turkey, Iranian citizens holding both official and ordinary passports can travel to our country without a visa. The visa exemption period granted to Iranian citizens is 90 days. Therefore, Iranian citizens can reside in our country for 90 days without being subject to any visa or fee. Iranians who want to reside in Turkey for more than 90 days must apply for a residence permit before they expire. Residence permit applications are made to the Directorate of Migration Management in the province or district where the Iranian foreigner will reside.
Iranian citizens can apply for a residence permit by contacting the Immigration Bureau consultants.
